To Moments that matter #throwback
Mom in conversation with zoomtv. She is the best as always & it’s so heartwarming to hear her narrating everything. A big chunk of my life I have spent away from her. No matter how much I missed her, she is always with me in my heart. Love you mum forever.
Great work @fafdup . Really proud. I urge all of you to help Faf in this endeavour in whatever capacity you can. #Repost @fafdup with @get_repost ・・・ It’s very cold and very wet outside and I’m in my home where I have everything I need. Warm clothes, food and a roof over my head, with no idea of what it is like to have nothing and to stand in line just to get some food. My heart can’t handle kids that don’t have what I can give my daughter. I want to help!!!! We have partnered with @hillsongafricafoundation and several local community projects across our metro to serve 2 meals per day to a child for R5. Our goal is to alleviate stress on these projects that serve 35000 children. Our kids will carry us into the future, we cannot afford kids growing up without hope. They should be dreaming and growing - not carry a load they aren’t ready for. I’ve created a link in my profile with more information. We have tax certificates available on the donation form for anyone who require it, international donations are open and corporate information packages available.
HOW IT GOES - In New Delhi, in osteopaths in combination At a time when life resumes in public places, around the world of deconfinement. In New Delhi, transport and shopping have resumed but for some professions, it is more complicated. This is the case of physiotherapists and osteopaths, who must follow draconian hygienic measures. In India, New Delhi has slowly started its deconfinement. Most public transport works again, as do most shops, but certain professions are much more exposed, such as physiotherapists, who have to manipulate their patient's body. Some returned to work, but sometimes dressed in full equipment and with drastic hygiene measures. 1- Preparation Saif Hassan Naqvi, physiotherapist in southern New Delhi, puts on a full protective suit every morning. He also added shoe covers, a visor, glasses and a mask, as well as gloves. Between each patient, he also spends 15 minutes disinfecting the entire room with alcoholic product - from the floor where the person walked, to the surfaces, to the door handles and of course, his own suit. Dr. Naqvi then changes his gloves and the protection of the work table. The price of all this equipment has increased sharply lately (up to five times for gloves ), due to the increase in demand, and it spends around 20 euros per day on this equipment. An amount that he recovers by increasing the price of his consultations. 2- The consultation Dr. Naqvi treats politicians and cricketers on the national team, like this patient, who plays in the under-19 squad: Everyone is afraid in this situation. But he takes so many precautions that we trust him. This osteopath therefore decided to resume before his colleagues, for the most urgent needs. His protective suit, one size, is however too small for this man of almost two meters, and this restricts his movements. It is also very hot inside, and it was very difficult to support during the first days, especially when this Muslim fasted for Ramadan. We had to get used to it, put in more air conditioning and ventilation. “At the beginning, I collapsed with fatigue at the end of the day. Now I turn on the fan and the air conditioning, it helps. Most importantly, the glov

The Gracia Raina foundation is our third child which we have nurtured with a lot of emotions & hard work. It’s been an overwhelming journey of three years. In 2017 Priyanka & I launched the foundation on Gracia’s birthday hoping to make a difference in the lives of many women across the country for their mental & physical well-being. Being through the journey of parenthood we could relate, how crucial it is for any woman to make informed choices when it comes to their #maternalhealth & #reproductivehealth . Coming this far was never possible without the support of all our associates, doctors, experts, volunteers & the entire team of @grfcare . I want to thank all of them for bringing #GRF this far & for believing in the cause we stand for. And I hope to receive your blessing to make a difference in many more lives. From team @grfcare : Today we have turned three years old. On this day in 2017 our founders Mr Suresh Raina & Mrs Priyanka Chaudhary Raina officially launched @grfcare with a simple goal of helping women across the country for their mental & physical well-being. Along the years we grew with the help of our associates, volunteers, experts & doctors, from one program to multiple programs addressing different needs & goals. We met women across the country & felt their struggles, we learnt from their expectations & improvised to help them in various challenges they were facing. From OPD on wheels to RightAGE to EveryMother & then the Prison programs, it’s been an overwhelming journey. Even though the journey is been rewarding, seeing the bearings of women deep down we always felt how much more needs to be done. We hope that through the years to come we are able to touch many more lives & we continue to make a difference for betting the Reproductive & Maternal health of women. We hope that we always have your support in all our future endeavours & we seek your cooperation as well as feedback to do even better in future. We take immense pride is sharing some of the pictures from our journey of three years long. We thank you wholeheartedly for being part of this journey. With Gratitude, Team GRF

Maaté takes the initiative #MaatéSalutesMaate to thank all the COVID-19 warriors mothers who are out there to protect the world. Maaté dedicates this Mother’s Day to all the front liner mothers who have been working tirelessly to safeguard us just like a mother would do. Many of them don’t even get to see their children for days when they are on duty to protect us. This small gesture is to acknowledge their efforts, love & dedication for taking care of us, Maaté wanted to make sure that they take home something special with a smile on their face. Thanks @grfcare for facilitating this. #HappyMothersDayMaate #ThanksMaate #MaatéSalutesMaate
No words are enough to thank you for your unconditional love & all the sacrifices you have made for me. Love you forever mumma! Wishing you a very Happy Mother’s Day. #happymothersday
