Who knew such a small, inexpensive piece of latex could provide such a great workout! 💦💥For this HOME WORKOUT all you need is a latex loop band (or a fabric booty band/hip circle ) & 1 resistance band w/ handles. But you can still do it even if you don't have these items!💯 Loop bands or booty bands help you engage your glutes more for glute exercises & provide resistance for hip exercises.
