We all have more time than normal at the moment... These won't be for everyone but they're what I listen to every week. If they're not for you I hope they're at least able to lead you to a place that is for you. Podcasts are a great way to learn, relax and find common ground with other people. Enjoy! . Notes: #1 Ben is hands down the best muscle building expert there is the podcast is quite detailed and may be overly nerdy for a lot of people, but if you listen long enough anyone should be able to find gold somewhere. . #2 Joe has a lot of varied guests including Drug journalists, special forces operatives, successful business people, authors & political influencers. not always to everyone's liking but pick your episodes carefully and they may lead you down the right path! . #3 Gary is SUPER high energy, very fast paced, lots of swearing BUT! If you're able to move past that and really listen, there is advice in there beyond anything else you will come across. Sit tight. Find your truth. . #4 House of rugby dives into players lives, rugby chat, rules and team discussions as well as down time activities and life beyond the pitch! . #5 Jocko is a retired Navy SEAL who excels in leadership and mental toughness. He talks about war, mental struggles and how to find the best version of you. A much slower podcast that required your full attention.
