NJ Style Tomato Pie Yes PIE - there I said it. I think with everything going on in the world right now there are more important things to worry about than the the pizza/pie debate! This is a New Jersey tomato pizza (I've said pie twice, that's all I can handle for one post ) using the recipe from The Pizza Bible by @capopizza . I thought I'd do a practice run ahead of my new Ooni Koda 16. Gorgeous crisp dough with a nice chew is topped with sliced Mozzarella and then a rich, herb infused tomato sauce. Finished with Romano, garlic oil and a sprinkle of dried Oregano. This one was 14" - Koda 16 can do 16"! I mean if you have to be locked at home there are worse ways to spend your time than making pizza!
