Are you someone who loves to help others? Do you find it hard to find time for yourself, even take care of yourself? Yeah Me Too! A few years ago I found myself doing for others all the time, in excess. I got to a point that I never had any "me time". I would start my day at 6:30 a.m. by the time that I sat down at 9 or 9:30 at night I realized I hadn't done anything for myself. I was working full time shuffling kids to games practices, and all the extracurriculars. Every. Single. Day. Except, Sunday of course. Those days were reserved for church, grocery shopping, cleaning my house, and getting the kids prepped for school for the week. One day I realized, that I had not done anything for myself in months. I was exhausted. I was lost. I had high blood pressure. I was stressed. Then BOOM, my world fell apart. My husband and I had major marriage issues. We were facing strong possibility of divorce. (I should note, that this is incredibly hard for me to share. ) I never saw it coming. I never thought this would happen to us. We decided to go to marriage counseling and it was a blessing. Every other week he went separately to counseling and the opposite week together. I learned a lot about myself. I realize I needed to get back to being me. I needed to find what made me happy, because I'm the only one who's responsible for that. I thought long and hard about what made me happy for so many years. I also needed to destress and get my blood pressure under control. I started exercising but really wasn't consistent. I didn't know what I was doing. But I did know that I felt better overall when I did exercise. Well almost immediately after baby #4 , I knew I needed something. I reached out to my coach that I had "put on hold" during my pregnancy as soon as I was cleared by my doctor. This program has been a blessing. Coaching allows me to help others. I get to share what works for me and sharing that positivity. Need a shoulder to lean on, a partner. Girl just do it! #investinginpositive #mommaof4 #gettingresults #morethanaworkout #betterwithsupport #fulfilled #coachlife
