Explaining a little more about the surgery I had this year. The next “trigger area” targeted, was the trigeminal nerves (i had it done on both sides. ) These nerves are located around the face, particularly on the zone of the temples. In this part, the doctor makes a small incision behind the hairline, to be able to cut those nerves, that when pressed are a big trigger (HUGE in my case ) for those who suffer temporal migraines. So this was a must for me! And I can say, first of all I do feel some relief in the severity of the pressure I usually have there, and also that part didn’t hurt at all, and never was numbed either, so this one is a win for me! 💪🏻 . . . . . . . #migraine #chronicmigraine #migraineproblems #sendhelp #sleep #letmesleep #momtruth #migraineawarenessmonth #nap #sleeping #livingwithmigraine #yolo #breakthestigma #migrainesurgery #tiredaf #dontjudge #momhumor #overthinking #momproblems #realmom #notlazy #netflixandchill #mariekondo #serotonin #cantsleep #nevergiveup #findingmyself #sarcasm #scarymommy #itsallaboutbalance
